Valentine's Day Treat - Cream Cheese Monkey Bread

This was a recipe I tried last weekend for our Saturday breakfast, and according to my studly fiance, it is a hit. We both really enjoyed this sweet treat and I know you will too!

Here we go! ---got this recipe from here.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine:
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Set aside.
Cut 20 cubes into an 8-ounce block of cream cheese.
Slice 10 discs of dough from each of two 12-ounce tubes of refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits. You will have 20 total dough discs. Set the discs on a flat surface and place one cube of cream cheese into the center of each piece of dough.

Then fold biscuits´╗┐ around cream cheese leaving just the top open. Place cream cheese side up into bundt pan.

Then add half of the sugar mixture and half the butter. Repeat steps with remaining 10 biscuits and place cream cheese side down in the pan. Add remaining sugar and butter. ´╗┐

Bake for 40-50 minutes and serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

This is super easy and so delicious!

Enjoy this day of LOVE! I am looking forward to spending a relaxing evening with my honey grilling out and enjoying each other's company. What plans do you have for Valentines Day?
